Hospitals are for getting treated and improving overall human health. But, if your employees or occupants are complaining of poor air quality or increased illnesses such as colds, flu, asthma, weakness, burning eyes, itching skin, rashes, sore throats, allergies, lethargy, or headaches, your building can be the reason.

Phase I – The Initial Survey
Our one-day investigation includes:
Phase II- In-Depth Investigation
If Phase I doesn’t resolve the issue or you are not satisfied with the report prepared, we move to Phase II, which is an in-depth investigation. In this phase, the analysis is more detailed.
Phase III- Remediation
After identifying IAQ issues, we implement corrective actions:
Our indoor air quality service addresses problems like mold, bacteria, allergens, chemicals, asbestos, and lead. We identify problems experienced by your employees and occupants and resolve them.
We recommend the Phase II In-Depth Investigation if a problem is found during the Phase I investigation. In-depth Investigation includes more detailed testing and continuous monitoring for understanding the problem and getting more specific data for remediation.
Our remediation process is effective as we use advanced decontamination methods and rigorous project management. Also, we conduct final air sampling and chemical analysis after remediation to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
